It is true that women are their own worst beauty critics. I, myself am so insecure of myself -my skin, my hair, my body. But the thing is, because of our consciousness about what others think, we tend to see ourselves worse, which is not true. It really is heartbreaking to see beautiful people have such a negative image of themselves. 

Dove did a great job in coming up with this concept. It made us realize that how we perceive ourselves is totally the opposite of what others see. Everyone should watch this.
